Making the most of poor ice conditions (crushing pike)

Making the most of any weather for fishing is worth it....when the fishing is good.. Last day of November and the big lakes still haven't frozen enough to fish! and the stocked lakes like this one I'm fishing have decent ice..

Hopefully in the next week or 2 I can get in the big water for big pike and walleye!
