Thompson Lakes is a small (148 acre) lake located 12km NNE of Edam and 65km NNW of North Battleford.

Thompson Lakes was named after Hugh Victor Thompson on 1967-05-31 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
