Stempel Lake is a small (141 acre) lake located 101km NE of La Ronge and 300km NNE of Prince Albert.
Stempel Lake was named after Lawrence Sidney Stempel on 1955-01-20 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
