Steele Lake is a small (217 acre) lake located 324km N of Sandy Bay and 621km NE of Meadow Lake (City).

Steele Lake was named after Charles Wellington Steele on 1962-11-13 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
