Sava Lake is a large (2915 acre) lake located 354km N of Sandy Bay and 631km NE of Meadow Lake (City).

Sava Lake was named after Joseph Sava on 1950-12-07 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
