Sando Lake is a medium sized (918 acre) lake located 127km NNE of La Loche and 377km N of Meadow Lake (City).
Sando Lake was named after Nels Marvin Sando on 1958-07-03 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
