Russell Lake is a massive (10593 acre) lake located 227km NNE of Pinehouse and 417km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Russell Lake was named after Lawrence Elgin Russell on 1962-01-22 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
