Rumpel Lake is a medium sized (1364 acre) lake located 265km NE of La Loche and 480km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).
Rumpel Lake was named after Reinhold Philip Rumpel on 1958-07-03 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
