Read Lake is a small (130 acre) lake located 392km NE of La Loche and 607km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Read Lake was named after Kenneth Neville Read on 1960-07-07 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
