Read Lake is a small (499 acre) lake located 267km NNE of Pinehouse and 456km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Read Lake was named after Frederick Wilson Read on 1964-02-27 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
