Proudfoot Lake is a medium sized (1262 acre) lake located 80km NE of La Loche and 315km N of Meadow Lake (City).
Proudfoot Lake was named after William Wallace Proudfoot on 1958-06-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
