Palmer Lake is a small (223 acre) lake located 355km N of La Loche and 616km N of Meadow Lake (City).
Palmer Lake was named after John Palmer on 1957-09-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
