Pagen Lake is a small (299 acre) lake located 194km NE of La Loche and 400km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Pagen Lake was named after Gordon Leonard Pagen on 1958-12-04 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
