Nelson Lake is a small (363 acre) lake located 213km NNE of La Loche and 448km N of Meadow Lake (City).
Nelson Lake was named after Orvin Kenneth Nelson on 2003-10-07 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
