Neilly Lake is a small (161 acre) lake located 464km NNE of La Loche and 683km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Neilly Lake was named after Roy Wilmert Neilly on 1956-12-06 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
