Neil Lake is a medium sized (1045 acre) lake located 186km NNE of Pinehouse and 381km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Neil Lake was named after John Victor Neil on 1951-04-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
