Moon Lake is a medium sized (1601 acre) lake located 231km NNE of Pinehouse and 418km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Moon Lake was named after David Charles Gardner Moon on 1964-02-27 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
