Millson Lake is a medium sized (583 acre) lake located 139km N of Pinehouse and 325km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Millson Lake was named after Harold Roy Millson on 1958-05-01 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
