Middleton Lake is a medium sized (2359 acre) lake located 251km NNE of Pinehouse and 445km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Middleton Lake was named after Joseph John Middleton on 1964-02-27 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
