The lake is in the southern fishing zone. Northern Pike, Walleye, White Sucker and Yellow Perch can be found in Meeting Lake. It was last stocked in 2022 with 300,000 Walleye Fry.
Meeting Lake Regional Park is adjacent to the lake. Meeting Lake is partially within Mosquito Grizzly Bear's Head Lean Man TLE 1 (Reserve), partially within Spiritwood No. 496 (Rural Municipality) and partially within Meeting Lake No. 466 (Rural Municipality).
