McNichol Lake is a small (132 acre) lake located 415km NNE of La Loche and 639km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

McNichol Lake was named after David Louis McNichol on 1968-03-01 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
