McKenzie Lake is a medium sized (600 acre) lake located 351km NNE of La Loche and 593km N of Meadow Lake (City).

McKenzie Lake was named after Daniel Neilson McKenzie on 1952-12-11 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
