McGregor Lake is a medium sized (1429 acre) lake located 217km NNE of Pinehouse and 410km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

McGregor Lake was named after Jack Alpine McGregor on 1964-02-27 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
