MacNeil Lake is a small (201 acre) lake located 113km NE of Pinehouse and 308km NE of Meadow Lake (City).
MacNeil Lake was named after Roderick Alphonsus MacNeil on 1960-08-04 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
