MacDonald Lake is a medium sized (758 acre) lake located 241km NNW of Sandy Bay and 443km NE of Meadow Lake (City).

MacDonald Lake was named after Ronald Douglas Jeffrey Macdonald on 1964-02-27 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
