Loewen Lake is a medium sized (651 acre) lake located 426km NNW of Sandy Bay and 635km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).
Loewen Lake was named after John Dietrich Loewen on 1968-01-19 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
