Little Shell Lake

Little Shell Lake is a small fishing lake in southern Saskatchewan. It is located 8km SW of the Village of Shell Lake and just N of the much bigger Big Shell Lake. The lake is accessible from a fairly narrow and rough road off a grid that goes W of Highway 12.

There is another "Shell Lake" that is also confusingly called "Little Shell Lake" near Chitek Lake after the Little Shell Recreation Site which is located there.

There are many other lakes in a short distance including Memorial Lake, Iroquois Lake, Martins Lake, and Big Shell Lake.

There is a primitive boat launch at the lake but no other services.

Northern Pike, Yellow Perch, Walleye, Burbot and White Sucker can be found in Little Shell Lake.

This lake has been personally visited by myself, Matthew Siemens.
