Kommes Lake is a medium sized (1621 acre) lake located 329km N of Sandy Bay and 607km NE of Meadow Lake (City).
Kommes Lake was named after John Joseph Kommes on 1954-03-04 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
