Where exactly do you have to go to fish here? I followed the directions and was led to the middle of a back road.

Hi Raydeen. I've never been to Kipling Reservoir, and it's hard to find information from anyone else who has been online. There is a field road access at the north of the reservoir. I'm not sure if this is private land/access though.
