Hozempa Lake is a medium sized (1231 acre) lake located 318km NNE of La Loche and 549km N of Meadow Lake (City).

Hozempa Lake was named after Peter Allan Hozempa on 1958-07-03 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
