Hornfelt Lake is a small (323 acre) lake located 458km N of Sandy Bay and 713km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).
Hornfelt Lake was named after Emil Hornfelt on 2004-11-02 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
