Hazelton Lake is a small (369 acre) lake located 370km N of La Loche and 639km N of Meadow Lake (City).
Hazelton Lake was named after Lawrence William Franklin Hazelton on 1950-06-02 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
