Gunter Lake is a small (413 acre) lake located 143km NNE of La Loche and 399km N of Meadow Lake (City).

Gunter Lake was named after Harry William Gunter on 1958-07-03 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
