Froom Lake is a small (499 acre) lake located 218km NNW of Sandy Bay and 464km NE of Meadow Lake (City).

Froom Lake was named after James Alland Froom on 1967-06-22 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
