Forsachuk Lake is a small (128 acre) lake located 387km NNE of La Loche and 611km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).
Forsachuk Lake was named after Nick Forsachuk on 1960-03-03 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
