Forde Lake is a small (146 acre) lake located 123km NE of Pinehouse and 318km NE of Meadow Lake (City).
Forde Lake was named after Harold Raymond Forde on 1960-08-04 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
