Cook Lake is a small (127 acre) lake located 384km N of La Loche and 650km N of Meadow Lake (City).
Cook Lake was named after Victor Emile Cook on 1968-07-22 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
