Collins Lake is a small (484 acre) lake located 385km NNE of La Loche and 637km N of Meadow Lake (City).

Collins Lake was named after Richard Collins on 1958-06-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
