The lake was officially named on 1934-12-04.
This lake has been personally visited by myself, Matthew Siemens.

Very well-maintained Campground and RV Park. The majority of sites are seasonal. Kayak Rentals, showers, laundry, camp-kitchen, concession, ice-cream and more!
The campground is open (May 15- Sept 15).
