Basin Lake is a very large (9330 acre) lake located 9.5km ENE of St. Benedict and 47km NNW of Humboldt.
Basin and Middle Lakes Bird Sanctuary is adjacent to Basin Lake.
The lake was officially named on 1956-11-02.
This lake has been personally visited by myself, Matthew Siemens.
