Winter Coho And Sturgeon.

Winter fishing has been slow, but we were able to get some good clips of Steelhead, Sturgeon, and possibly Coho Salmon. You be the judge. We are novices to Salmon fishing and stumbled across these Coho and Coho Jacks. Dean was really off ,on the Steelhead, but he was excited about finding something out of our usual. Hopefully we will get a chance to fish for Steelhead one day soon. Good learning experience. Working on learning all the species in the Fraser Valley. We were looking for Trout and found Salmon. Couldn't ask for better luck. Dean's Sturgeon was hard fighting fish, later estimated at about 5' and 80lbs. Sturgeon are catch and release only. Which makes the fishery solid.
