Fraser River Sturgeon Fishing

In this video we hook up to Sturgeon, at the mouth of the Stave River at the Fraser River. Dean was using his Ocuma Finchaser 10' Medium action Rod and reel combo. He was using 40lb test monofilament. Started using 140lb test braid after this trip, too many lost fish. Challenging with the light line but more fun to land the fish more often. Also better for the fish. White Sturgeon are absolutely the best fighting fish in the Fraser Valley.
