First Carp Of 2023

In this video we fish several locations . We Caught 3 species in this video. Late winter/early spring, fishing was just starting up and we were struggling to get fish. Lake of the Woods, Fraser River, Sumas River and Bear Mountain Pond, all of which will pick up dramatically soon. We used medium action rods with bottom rigs with worms. We trolled wedding bands and worms, we tried everything and it finally paid off. Sumas River and Bear Mountain Pond are our go to spots when fishing is slow.
