In this video we go fishing at a river we like to fish . This is what happened. Sumas river is one of our favorite spots. Multi -Species spot that is hard to match in the Fraser Valley. This day we start off shore and with slow fishing we decided to take the canoe out on Sumas River. Although we didn't catch a bunch of fish, we really enjoyed the trip and learned alot. Sumas River is comparable to Nicomen Slough, at least for depths and level of flow. Great place to canoe and will do again. Usually the fishing is better than this, so it must be done again. We launched from MacDonald Park and paddle upstream almost to the pump station. Like & Subscribe And Share
