Fishing The Red Deer River Manitoba

In this video we go to Manitoba . To fish the Red Deer River in search of a certain fish. After some research on the Red Deer River Manitoba, we decided to take a trip out there. This location is about two and a half hours from home. Absolutely beautiful spot, clear water and forests all around. The weather was quite nice but the bugs were out of control. Fortunately they weren't biting. We stayed longer than we usually would for the level of fishing but glad we did. Freshwater Drum was our target species and we got luck and manage to hook up. A fish we would never have access to in the Fraser Valley. A bucket list fish for Dean. We used pickerel rigs and worms. We will be back as soon as possible. Like & Subscribe and Share.
