Fishing Walmsley Lake, Fish Trap Creek & Silvermere Lake

This video takes place toward the end of April. This was a trip to a few of our favorite bass fishing spots. Bass are an invasive species but are becoming common place in alot of local lakes, river, and ponds. A fun fish to catch, we enjoy fishing for them. We believe that the bass will replace the trout as our primary game fish. The bass can thrive in places the trout can't. Great fish for kids to learn with. Fun and aggressive fish. Although most bass in the Fraser Valley are small, there are some up to 7-8lbs, definitely not alot. You could get lucky. So far biggest bass was caught by Ben at 3.4lbs.
