Another New Species Fishing Manitoba
In this Video we fish a new spot on the Red Deer River, Manitoba. After a bad start, being forty minutes behind schedule, we arrived at our destination. Realizing we had taken a wrong turn and ended up at completely different spot than we had planned. Within moments our spirits were lift by the loss of big fish. After a recast, Dean hooked up to a fish. Too out surprise, it was a species we'd not caught yet. The Red horse Sucker, very cool looking fish. Interesting scale patterns and red highlights. After several Red Horse Suckers, we ran out of worms and the bite died. At this point we switched to shrimp and minnows, with little to no result. We moved upstream, and to Dean's surprise, Ben hooked up. To a couple of Walleye. We fished near an old unused bridge, very nice spot. The Red Deer River Manitoba is one of the interesting places to fish, a good variety of fish are available. A couple hours from home, if you don't get lost. We used pickerel rigs and worms and spoons. Great spot, we'll be back. Like And Subscribe and Share.
