First Ice Fishing 2024

Our first Ice fishing of the season. With no expectations, we decided to go to our local pond. We were leery of the inconsistent ice but decided to do it. The ice was about 4 to 5 inches and the fish were biting. We were using bottom rigs and shrimp. We were getting steady bites and several hook ups but lost quite a few at the hole. For questions on gear, just ask. For our first Ice fishing trip of the season, we couldn't be happier.
