Early Ice Walleye Fishing on Pasqua Lake, Saskatchewan 2020 (I LOST A GOOD ONE)

This video was filmed at the end of November when the first group of brave anglers ventured out on 4”-5” of thin, borderline “safe” ice. I was telling myself not risking it but… you already know I did (I will never be the very FIRST to step on ice!). Pasqua lake in Saskatchewan holds some respectable number of larger walleye and that’s why I took a trip from Regina, in hopes of catching a big mama! I know by the time you see this video, we’ve already passed the early ice period, so I apologize for the late edit and upload! It was probably the best walleye bite I’ve experienced thus far this ice season. Hope you enjoy this video and please comment on your own early ice fishing experience!
