Legendary Bigmouth Buffalo Acquired! (Fall Kayak Fishing Pasqua Lake)
Some of you who follow me on Instagram knows that I started fishing with my new pedal drive kayak. I have to say I absolutely love it! With the hands free driving system, this thing is a trolling beast. I took it out on Pasqua Lake last Saturday fishing for shallow water walleye with a Rapala Shad Rap, first hook up was huge! You will see I had a hard time unhooking the snag but eventually I did it and brought it in the kayak. Unfortunately I didn't measure it but it was bigger than any common carp I've ever caught, guessing 30+ inches. Definitely a fish to remember for a long time! By the way, the Shad Rap hammered the walleye too, for sure my favorite way to troll now.
